We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been purchased and delivered.
Exchange / Replacement Eligibility
Replacement requests will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product received
How to Request a Replacement
To raise a replacement request:
- Record a clear unboxing video without any cuts or pauses.
- The recording must begin before opening the package.
- Share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send the video and order details to our WhatsApp support team.
Important Conditions
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be retained.
Approval & Replacement Dispatch
Once the claim is verified and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 business days.
Nandini Mehndi reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above requirements.
