No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

Exchange / Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product received

How to Request a Replacement

To raise a replacement request:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video without any cuts or pauses.
  2. The recording must begin before opening the package.
  3. Share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Send the video and order details to our WhatsApp support team.

Important Conditions

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging must be retained.

Approval & Replacement Dispatch

Once the claim is verified and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 business days.

Nandini Mehndi reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above requirements.
